Senior Martech Management Specialist

This position is in charge of martech platform and system management and operation of Growth Marketing Department includes: mobile application, website, marketing automation, mobile application measurement platform or others platform following request. Through these martech platforms, the Senior Martech Management Specialist will support requests from the Growth Marketing Department to acquire potential qualified customers, maintain and increase engagement rate with customers on mobile applications or other digital marketing platforms to contribute to company revenue. Besides, the Senior Martech Management Specialist is in charge of implementing marketing campaigns and use- cases on digital marketing platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Seek for new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Martech.
Assist Martech Management Expert in data management, analytics, report (daily, weekly, monthly) to internal Growth Marketing team and other stakeholders.
Assist in advising the best practices to other stakeholders to deliver tasks.
Be a Martech projects coordinator by working close with agency/ partner, IT and BICC team to deliver integration, operation & platform maintenance tasks. Assist in advising the best practices to other stakeholders to deliver best business performance.
Creating BRD, coordinate with IT or other BUs to develop features for websites, mobile apps, and related systems.
Support Martech Management Expert and Digital Marketing Unit to create plan and manage budget of development, operation and maintenance all marketing platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years experienced in Martech Service Agency or IT, Martech management Unit in finance/banking cooperation.
University Graduate – major: Information Technology

Honest and upright with the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong teamwork spirit
Have experiences in SQL is a plus
Language requirements: Vietnamese – native, English – fluent
Discipline in planning, execution & follow up of initiatives to achieve desired results
Strategic thinker, coordination skills, problem- solving skills, project management skills
Presentation skill – fluent
Have experiences in website development or mobile development (Front- end or Back- end)
Clear communications skills, both written and verbal
Knowledgeable of front- end technologies and platforms, such as PHP, C, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
