Senior Mechanical Engineer - Sourcing and Engineering Department (Kỹ Sư Cơ Khí Cao Cấp -Bộ Phận Kỹ Thuật Và Phát Triển Sản Phẩm)

Senior Mechanical Engineer- experience in manufacturing engineering, product develop and sourcing for engineered products. Special products in metal die casting, press, CNC machining, and Rubber/Plastic. You will have a chance to develop wide range in manufacturing, designing, supplier qualify management. You also will have a chance to work with US customers and manufacturers in Vietnam.
Kỹ sư cơ khí cấp cao – Kinh nghiệm về kỹ thuật sản xuấ/chế tạo, phát triển sản phẩm và tìm kiếm nguồn cung ứng cho sản phẩm kỹ thuật. Đặc biệc sản phẩm trong lĩnh vực đúc áp lực, dập, gia công CNC và cao su/nhựa. Bạn sẽ có cơ hội phát triển rộng trong lĩnh vực sản xuất/chế tạo, thiết kế, quản lý chất lượng nhà cung cấp. Bạn cũng sẽ có cơ hội làm việc với các khách hàng Mỹ và các nhà sản xuất tại Việt Nam.
RESPONSIBILITY
• Handle RFQ’s (Requests for Quotation); this includes finding potential suppliers, getting quotes, analyzing their quotes by doing cost analyses; qualify potential suppliers and select the most appropriate one for release to head office (USA)
• Develop new project (product) for manufacturing. It’s including work with USA engineers and suppliers from DFM to mass production phases.

• Manage drawing, engineering documents and samples.
• Review and feedback DFM, tooling design and requirements of project.
• Monitor production and solve problems in production. It’s included control initial quality at suppliers. Continuous improvement.
• Deploy APQP requirements; Co- ordinate with suppliers to complete PPAP documents.
• Manage suppliers, projects; Consultant, training to enhance suppliers to meet QCD targets.
• Control and manage changes of suppliers. It is included ECN, 5M, Deviation.

Qualifications:

• Willing to travel for working at provinces, special at North Vietnam.
• Reading and understanding technical drawings and engineering documents.
• Bachelor&039;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Confidence, work independently, good communication. Good negotiating, analytical and decision making skills.
• At least 4 years working experience in manufacturing engineering, product develop at manufacturers. Special products in metal die casting, press, CNC machining, and Rubber/Plastic
• Understanding manufacturing processes. Ability of self- studying on new technology and manufacturing process.
• Good English communication.
• MS Office, Solid Works (or any 3D software for designation), AutoCAD, application software and searching tools.
