Your role & responsibilities
The successful candidate will have proven programming experience and is able to work both independently and collaboratively. You will be a crucial part of the team, so you will have the chance to make a real difference and grow your career.
You will be responsible for designing sophisticated software systems and services, integrating software with other distributed systems and APIs, and working with a great team of software engineers. You will be encouraged to stay curious and pick the best technology for a given problem. You will also partner with cross functional teams across product management and UI/UX design.
Essential
- Professional experience of coding (including best practices and common conventions).
- Evidence of delivering consumer-facing, mass-market, networked, high-performance mobile applications
- Experience of automation.
- Xcode and Android Studio - our main tools of the trade
- Experience integrating APIs (our primary API is currently GraphQL) and integrating third-party services
- Understanding of analytics, remote reporting, measurements, experiments and AB test systems
- Sound computer science foundations: algorithms, data structures, concurrency, threading, and programming languages.
- Ability to debug and optimize complex code.
Your skills & qualifications
Technical Skills Required:
- Proven experience with more than 3+ experiences
- Knowledge of technologies such as Firebase
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle
- Experience with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc. Especially GetX
- Experience developing mobile apps natively in iOS and/or Android is a plus
- Experience developing plugin and/or package of Flutter is a plus
- Experience in improving performance of UI
- Build and UI with proficiency in custom widgets
Nice to have:
- Defect tracking software (Jira preferred) would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of distributed version control systems.
- Experience with automated build and continuous integration suites.
- DevOps Experience.
Education:
- Graduated with a IT/Computer Science/Telecommunication related degree.
Knowledge:
- Solid development experience of working in a commercial environment
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
