The Senior / Head Pharmacist will oversee the group management, procurement and inventory operations of the various pharmacy stores, including managing pharmacy staff, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations related to pharmacy operations. He/she will also be responsible for studying the product mix for each store and developing the right type and levels of SKUs and pricing to increase sales, improve profitability, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform any other duties as assigned by upper management
• Manage and oversee all pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
• Provide on- going technical training and knowledge to store pharmacist
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the pharmacy is aligned with the overall goals of the organization.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for pharmacy operations that ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Maintain an up- to- date knowledge of the latest developments in pharmacy practice and technology.
• Ensure that the pharmacy maintains accurate and up- to- date records of all transactions, including inventory management, billing, and insurance claims.
Requirements:
• A High energy, motivated individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in pharmacy operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders. Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Thorough knowledge of all laws and regulations related to pharmacy operations.
• Experience with inventory management, billing, and insurance claims processing.
• Proficient in the use of pharmacy software and technology.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.

• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to make data- driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
