Senior Payable Accountant

This position will monitor payment that relates to both commercial (payment to outlets) and non- commercial to enhance payment process, supporting business by executing payment as timely and effective manner.
Payment to outlets:
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal policies related to payments.
• Collaboration closely with various departments as first contact point to ensure a smooth and efficient payment process.
• Receiving and verifying payment documents, ensuring compliance with contract terms and program announcements.
• Checking, monitoring, and verifying contracts with outlets (display, listing fee, flagship) as well as related registered event by outlets.
Payment to vendors:
• Cross- check information on invoices with supporting documents such as delivery receipts, purchase orders, images, and other relevant records to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
• Accountability of recording detailed information from invoices and supporting documents into the company&039;s accounting system with full dimensions for internal using as required.
• Receiving set of payment and other supporting documents from the departments (warehouse, procurement, marketing, logistic…) and following until payment is made.
• Proactively communicating with relevant departments for any pending, collaboration and guidance according to internal policies and procedures.
Other assigned by line manager according to business requirement when/where needed.
Provide dedicated support during internal audit, external audit, tax health check, tax audit and all related inspecting by internal control to make sure fully compliance.

• Own analytical thinking, controlling mindset.
• English: communication level.
• Computer skill: Microsoft office, ERP
• Good of time management and negotiation skill.
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Minimum 5 years of experience foreign invested companies, specialized in accounting, in which at least 3 years of experience in account payable in manufacturing MNCs. (FMCG/commercial payable experience is an advantage).
• Be careful and agile.
• Bachelor’s degree of finance/ accounting field.
• Can work under high pressure with tight deadline.
