WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who will take the lead in driving our SEO and paid advertising performance. This role places a strong emphasis on SEO strategy and execution (60%), combined with managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (40%). The ideal candidate has a proven track record in performance- driven environments, experience mentoring junior team members, and is up- to- date with AI- driven search engine tactics.
SEO – 60% (Primary Responsibility)
Collaborate with content writers, web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented consistently.
Monitor performance through Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs… and provide actionable insights.
Lead technical SEO audits and improvements: site architecture, indexing, page speed, schema, UX signals.
Build and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multi- brand environments (technical, on- page, off- page, keyword strategy, link- building directions).
Continuously optimize based on new ranking signals and AI- driven search changes (e.g., SGE, zero- click SERPs, conversational queries).
Conduct advanced keyword research, competitive analysis, content direction planning (content will be written by freelancers).
Paid Advertising – 40%
Manage and scale Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) with performance- oriented KPIs.
Track ROI and generate reports with clear optimization recommendations.
Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting B2B segments.
Build campaign structures, keyword/bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to align ads performance with funnel conversion goals.
Collaboration
Work cross- functionally to ensure aligned performance strategy.
Mentor and provide training junior marketers in SEO, PPC, and analytics.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must- have
Strong English proficiency (both written and verbal).
Experience mentoring or training team members; previous Senior/Lead role experience is a strong plus.
Demonstrated success scaling LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads for B2B or international markets.
Excellent command of technical SEO, keyword research, and performance analytics.
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
Ability to work independently but also collaborate in a fast- paced environment.
4–7+ years of hands- on experience in Performance Marketing, with strong focus on SEO strategy & execution.
Able to work with international markets, analyze English search intent, and manage ads, reports.
Nice- to- have
Understanding of AI- powered search engines, SGE, conversational search, and modern SEO/SEM tactics is preferred.
Understanding of cross- border or multi- market campaigns.
Familiarity with AI marketing tools for keyword clustering, topic modeling, or SERP forecasting.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or ABM tools.
