RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
Performance Marketing Operation

Coordinate with related departments to exceed the business profit target.
Implement and optimize the effectiveness of running ads for each campaign.
Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly reports to analyze and measure advertising performance.
Conceptualize, setup, launch and optimize new SEM campaigns

Marketing Research, Standardization and Optimization

Research and implement other advertising tactics (besides SEM) to help increase the efficiency of ads campaigns.
Keyword research and SEO consulting for relevant professional teams to ensure input quality for ads campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge

Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work cross- functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Good English and comfortable interacting in a multinational team.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions using data
Proficient in SEO and SEM tactics and able to create effective performance marketing plans
Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio

Experience

3- 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e- commerce

Experience in performance marketing, specifically with PPC channels (Google, Coc Coc, etc.) and knowledge of SEO
