Senior Planner

Project planning (85% workload)

Collect, research, and analyze data about a brand/product, market, competitor, and target audience using primary or secondary research methods.
Define ignition point and strategic approach.
Present the strategic part to the client.
Develop content plans, including content strategies, pillars, and angles.
Consolidate complete proposal decks, including strategy, creative, and other deployment.
Write comprehensive creative briefs that combine market data, qualitative research, product knowledge, and a strategic approach to enable the creative team to produce innovative ideas.
Identify the correct channel mix before developing key hooks and tactics.

Relationship (10% workload)

Prepare, participate & contribute to ideation sessions and client workshops.
Work with account teams to identify new ideas and opportunities for existing clients proactively.

Business Development (5% workload)
Organize or join bonding activities proactively to promote the company’s culture.

At least one year of working experience in the position of Senior Planner in an IMC agency
Good in English (professional communication)
Good in Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education/Professional knowledge/Major: College/BA in Communications, Marketing, or related fields (Journalism, Languages, International Relations, Foreign Trade, etc.)
Experienced in using social media insight tools and platforms is a bonus (e.g., Facebook insights, Google Analytics, Google Trend...).
