Client Leadership: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Strategic Input: Provide strategic guidance to clients, ensuring that all communications initiatives are results- driven and meet industry standards.
Develop and Execute Campaigns: Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive PR and social media strategies that align with client objectives.

Content Creation, Media Engagement, Stakeholder Management and Campaign Execution- 60%

Content Development: Oversee and create high- quality content for press releases, media pitches, social media, and other communication channels.
Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of events, press conferences, and media briefings
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor media coverage, compile comprehensive reports, and utilize data- driven insights to adjust strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
Media Relations: Leverage and maintain strong relationships with media contacts to secure coverage and enhance client visibility.
Campaign Execution: Manage the day- to- day execution of PR and social media campaigns, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.

Team Supervision and Mentorship- 15%

Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and growth- oriented team environment, encouraging innovation and shared success.
Project Leadership: Take ownership of key projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard and contribute to the team&039;s overall goals.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow in their roles.

PR Proficiency: Solid understanding of PR & social media platforms, and content creation tools.
Creative Problem- Solving: Innovative thinking with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges;
Experience: 2,5- 3,5 years of experience in a PR or communications agency, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and strong media relationships;
Leadership and Mentorship: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire junior team members;
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive content and effectively communicate with clients and team members;
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines;
Extensive Media Network: A robust network of media contacts and a deep understanding of the media landscape;
