Senior Procurement Specialist

Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business saving utilizing negotiation and purchasing best practice tools and methods.
Implement and operate SAP system to manage and maintain high quality and accurate data records of purchases, shipments, supply of goods, etc.
Explore alternative sources for goods, service, materials.
Working with forwarders to do customs clearance the imported goods applied for oversea suppliers.
Work with domestic and oversea toller and follow up OEM orders & payment
Ensure procurement operations and workflows comply with regulatory safety and quality requirements.
Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies, procedures, and specifications.
Build and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers to leverage on the opportunities of cost reduction and service efficiency.
Identify process improvement opportunities to deliver value and reduce cost in the procurement process.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly procurement reports to key stakeholders.
Lead the operational procurement and responsible for domestic and oversea sourcing, purchasing and monitor delivery, payment.
Evaluate vendor performance to propose recommendations for future business dealings.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Education level: Bachelor&039;s degree in a related field preferred
Year of Experienced:

Good command of PC skills including advanced Excel skills.
Experience with ERP (SAP) would be preferred
Materials & packaging background with substantial professional experience (>4 yrs.) in Purchasing/ Buyer/ Sourcing.
Proven experience working as a procurement specialist in the same area required.
Experience in importation would be preferred.
Preferred candidates have experience in procuring of raw materials, packaging, Service, machine.
