Senior Procurement Supervisor

Supervision, monitor and report on the progress of work, ensuring the activities of purchasing Team comply with policies, regulations, processes, and commitment to quality of goods & services
Work closely with cross functions to develop new packaging within NPD timeline
Manage contract with Vendors and renew once expired
Identify new vendor, evaluation, selection of best Vendors
Perform other jobs as required by the Line manager.
Conducting negotiation in Commercial terms with Vendors, signing and implementing purchase and service contracts
Identify cost optimized opportunities and conduct evaluation process to implementation
Build and Manage Vendor performance: OTIF, NC handling, periodically audit
Price analysis, do comparison and submit decision note
Update Market trend, Price forecasting, manage buying rate effectively and within budget

Good use of office computers (Excel, Word, etc.)
Graduated from University of Business Administration or related majors
Be responsible, result- oriented, honest, dynamic and withstand high pressure in work
Good English communication
Have the skills to negotiate, stake holder management, communicate, conduct and understand the relevant goods market
Experience at least 5 years as the same position in Packaging Materials procurement (preferred Label, Glass bottle, Laminate)
