Senior Product Executive (Nike)

Monitor stock, inventory and sales:

Monitor shipment dates, goods receiving, and launch to store schedule.
Allocate and manage stock movements between shops- warehouse; shop- shop to optimize sales performance while maintaining a healthy inventory.
Collect data, analyze and monitor inventory on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Help with the decision- making process and executing action plan with Manager
Work closely with Manager to review daily/weekly/monthly reports
Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels
Sell through the management and market analysis
Master file management and implementation of pricing strategy
Support in developing short and long term inventory plan
Stock management control. Develop requirements and evaluation standards

Buying product:

Support Product Manager and Brand Manager in request
Assistance and coordination of logistics and distributionWork closely with operation in order to receive new shipment
Planning and following up LC and payment requestsSupport

Close attention to detail
Experience in a sales- driven environment with strong analytical and time management skills
Able to communicate in both Vietnamese and English effectively at all levels
Able to perform under pressure and work in a fast- paced team environment with strong computer skills- Excel is a must
College, Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate
At least 2 years of experience in working as a merchandiser/buyer in fashion/retail
