Senior Project Manager (Agile/Scrum)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our talented team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects through every phase and sprint. You will empower and mentor team members, ensuring their growth and success, while maintaining clear and effective communication with clients. Working closely with cross- functional teams and stakeholders, you will ensure that project goals are met on time and within scope. Your exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills will be crucial in driving our projects to success.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the team and stakeholders to plan for every phase and sprint.
Manage tasks, changes and risks to ensure the sprint goals and timeline are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for all project- related communication.
Conduct regular project reviews and improvements as necessary.
Lead and motivate a cross- functional team, foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of fintech products and services is a big plus.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Trello, Jira).
