Senior Project Manager (open for expats, onsite job)

planning and managing IT projects, we are looking for you! Our ideal candidate can understand and connect the worlds of business and technology, briefing our teams, manage the process and delight our customers.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Coordinating with production team (developer and QC) to be clear on the project status and report to the founder and communication to client as required
Manages software development projects including planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and quality management
Determine the project schedule, coordinate resources, progress and follow up to ensure projects are delivered on time and effectively
Build project team spirit by motivating and connecting team members to contribute to company and projects success
Working closely with product manager/BA, developer, QA/QC teams to clear requirements and finalize project timeline
Detects & identifies encountered problems and proposes reasonable solutions

Proficient in defining project management tools
Ability to self- study and update new knowledge
Excellence English skills for all listening, speaking, reading and writing
Have knowledge of computer science or a related field
4+ years of experience as a project manager in software development company
Understanding of software development for a wide range of products
Excellence communication and negotiation skills

Nice to have:

Experienced in software development for ERP, eCommerce, Telehealth clinics products
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer or Information Science- related field
