Senior Project Manager

We are looking for passionate & ambitious Senior Project Manager to build up the next chapter together. The position is accountable for managing existing projects and working closely with BD team during the pre- sales stage gathering client’s requirements and provide solution consulting along with Technical Architect. RESPONSIBILITIES
● Identify, manage and mitigate risk throughout the project and keep stakeholders aware of the risks
● Follow up & track projects progress, ensure that projects are delivered on- time and under budget.
● Measure project performance, deliver status reports, proposals, and presentations.
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
● Coordinate internal team and third- party team to develop project plan and facilitate the flawless execution of projects
● Directly report to clients/ CEO to drive expectations and get requirements.
● Tracking resource availability and allocation, develop resource usage plan
● Working in close collaboration with business teams, and engineering team for the pre- sale process / project pitching.
● Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
● Manages and/or supports a portfolio of projects from start to finish including the development of business cases, project plans, resource management and deliverables

● Have Business Analysis background is a must and have product management skills are a big plus.
● A can- do attitude and willing to work hands- on.
● Proven ability to solve problems creatively
● Strong experience in Pre- sales process, solution consulting
● Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies
● At least 3 years of work experience as a Project Manager in IT Outsourcing company.
● Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS / BIS or related fields that prove your knowledge in both tech & business. (we are open to meet to explore)
● Well organized and have great attention to detail.
