Summary
The Senior project sourcing engineer II join as one of the core member to develop project in Sonion. Your contribution is giving benefit of cost saving and on time sourcing material. You work in close cooperation with R&D, project managers, production engineers & operational sourcing team to source material according the needed requirements.
Join 2nd source projects as a core member to give benefit come from lower cost part
Implement part validation 2nd source project and improvement per each iteration in close cooperation with Operational Sourcing (OS), Production Engineers and IGI.
Deal with supplier to achieve & adapt with Sonion specification & requirement.
Review & aligned with Engineering, QA on status on current part to give advice to 2nd source supplier
Gather knowledge in the organization regarding predefined specifications of specific parts/materials to instruct and develop a potential new supplier.
From a technical perspective investigate whether new materials and components are applicable in existing products.
Co- operate with engineer in Production Engineering and R&D in order to align specifications and requirements.

. Join with OS to source new part for Fast lane project.
Set up End- to- end supply chain & hand over to Purchasing
Discuss with supplier on technical requirement during sourcing new parts
Create draft requirement specification for new/ replacement raw materials. Coordinate with R&D and Production engineer to get endorsement & alignment
Co- ordinate with OS to source new material
Join with OS to source new part for Engineering project.
Set up End- to- end supply chain & hand over to Purchasing after M3
Co- ordinate with OS to source new material for responsible project
Give input/ advice to new Project sourcing engineer
During training & On Job Training period
During execution actual delegated tasks
Perform short term activities assigned by manager
Employee is responsible in proactively receive, search, learn and comply with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, SBS (Sonion Business System), notice board and electronic notice in every area. This content includes but not limited to: ISO on Quality Management, Environment, Occupation Health & Safety, Code of conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting, Work Rule and Employee Handbook and other internal regulations.
Attending concerned training courses of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS- ISO 14001, OH&SMS- ISO45001 where required.

Having right of consultation and participation to the employer for improvement of OH&SMS- ISO45001, reporting to direct supervisor or higher level for any issue relevant to OH&SMS- ISO45001.
