Senior QC Specialist Food Manufacture

• Lead QC team to establish and implement quality control processes for raw materials, in- process, and finished products.
• Support projects to obtain and maintain food/manufacturing certifications (HACCP, ISO, FSSC, GMP), including participation in third- party audits.
• Provide hygiene and food safety training to staff; oversee pest and rodent control activities.
• Develop and maintain QC procedures, inspection records, and reports from the plant start- up phase.
• Create food labeling in compliance with Vietnamese regulations and manage the Food Product Self- Declaration process.
• English fluent, Japanese plus
