(Senior) - Risk Management Consultant

Perform other related tasks as assigned by the unit or department head;
Develop and manage policies related to MoMo e- wallet and payment gateway services, ensuring compliance with current regulations;
Continuously develop, manage, and improve policies and regulations to reduce fraud and risks in e- wallet transactions, international card transactions, banking funds, promotional programs, etc;
Collaborate with other departments to design and monitor risk and fraud management tools for the MoMo system;
Carry out tasks assigned by direct managers, team leaders, or unit/department heads;
Assess risks associated with existing and upcoming product/service workflows, proposing control measures to mitigate these risks;
Propose and develop appropriate policies based on customer needs and feedback from relevant units;
Analyze data and user behavior to identify and assess unusual trends, recommending solutions to minimize the risk of customer fund losses while maintaining a seamless user experience;
Create fraud and risk prevention policies for the MoMo e- wallet in compliance with guidelines from payment organizations (e.g., banks, Cybersource, international card networks);
Coordinate with relevant teams to address incidents related to risks and fraud; Periodically review fraud and risk- related policies to ensure their validity and relevance;
Collaborate with relevant departments to establish regulations for the e- wallet, such as transaction limits, wallet policies, and product/service rules, ensuring alignment with the State Bank of Vietnam&039;s and international organizations&039; requirements;
Guide less experienced team members in completing assigned tasks;

Basic knowledge of payment products like e- wallets, credit cards, and payment accounts; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); SQL proficiency;
A passion for and knowledge of new technologies, particularly mobile- based technologies A broad understanding of industries such as E- commerce, Payments, Mobile Commerce, and Mobile Banking;
Knowledge of applying technology to risk management, such as leveraging Artificial Intelligence to build risk- scoring models;
A university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting and Auditing, Banking and Finance, Information Systems, or related fields;
Certifications such as CIA, CFE, CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are an advantage;
At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analytics;
Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation.
