Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Troubleshoot and debug applications
Write clean code to develop functional APIs
Work directly with our clients to implement software products from end to end.
Take part in system architect and database design
Provide training and support to team members
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Gather and address technical and design requirements
Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability

Have at least 5 years experience working as a Ruby developer.
Good knowledge of OOP, PostgreSQL, MySQL, jQuery, Ajax
Good English reading and writing
Hand on experience on building products from scratch, etc.
Experience with HTML5 and CSS
Experience with at least one Javascript frameworks among Angular, Backbone, Ember, React, NodeJS, etc.
Proactive to take ownership and single- handedly handle problems if required
