Mô tả công việc

Searching for customers
- Identify the most potential customer group, clarify step by step in reaching customers, communicate with customers by the suitable channels, measure and find ways to improve strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Collect information, search for projects from enterprises, factories in need of investing in new construction or upgrades;
Provide the technical support during the sales process
- Ensure that customers feel supported and confident in their purchase decision.
- Coordinate with Purchasing team and Engineering team to define project objectives, strategies and action plans;
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may impact the success of the project;
- Answer customer inquiries, coordinate with Engineering team to reply the solution on the technical issues and explain any concerns;
Implement marketing activities
- Promote Company’s products, services, brand to the target customer in connecting businesses with potential customers, shaping brand perception, and driving tangible results;
- Make sales support programs, marketing plans and coordinate with colleagues to execute these programs/plans;
- Evaluate outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve and exceed the sales target
- Contribute to the achievement of revenue and business target upon to company’s annual plan;
- Provide feedback timely and insight from the market place to the direct manager, prepare quarterly forecast/market reports;
- Make the quarterly sales plan, sales results and monthly action plan;
Other tasks
- Perform other tasks according to the functions and requirements of the direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Automation/ Engineering/ Environment/ Economics/ Related field;

- At least 2 years experience in the field of industrial equipment sales, preferably in a related industry;

- Knowledge of automotive industry, electrical systems, automation, industrial equipment, technology 4.0 and robots in industry.

2. Skills

- Proficient English Speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills;

- Results- driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering outcomes;

- Proven communication, presentation and negotiation skills;

- Strong skills in building and developing customer relationships;

- Strong time management and planning skills;

- The ability to analyze sales figures and write reports;

- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, PowerPoint/ Excel/ Projects;

- Understand customer psychology.

3. Personal Characteristics

- Good at logical thinking, creative thinking, critical thinking;

- Responsibility in work;

- Friendly;

- Proactive, motivated and enthusiastic;

- High degree of honesty/integrity, persuasiveness and passion;

- Under 30 years old is preferred.

- Based on Candidate’s experience and ability, gross salary is from VND 15,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 per month.
