Responsibilities
• Lightning Web Components (LWC): Knowledge and experience in building modern UI components using Lightning Web Components framework.
• Mentoring: the ability to mentor and guide junior developers, participate in code reviews, enforce development best practices, and contribute to team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using various integration patterns and technologies such as RESTful APIs, Platform Events or Middleware tools.
• Performance Optimization: Ability to identify and address performance bottlenecks in Apex code, SOQL queries, database operations, and Lightning Components to ensure optimal system performance.
• Advanced Apex Development: handle complex apex including trigger framework, async operations, batch processing and governor limits management.

• Communicate using English smoothly (listening, reading, writing, speaking) (TOEIC 650+)
• Ability to problem solve high- level software and application issues.
• Have experience with Agile Scrum Methodology.
• Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
• Proficient in Object, Apex, JavaScript, LWC, Flows.
• Teamwork skills with a problem- solving attitude.
• Require at least a Salesforce certification (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, JavaScript Developer II).
• Experience developing customer- facing interfaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering. At least 5 years of experience with Software Development, at least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Development.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platforms

• Salary review: 1 time per year
