SCOPE OF WORK

Train Junior SEO team members in technical SEO practices.
Conduct in- depth site audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
Optimize on- page and off- page SEO factors to improve rankings, visibility, and website authority.
Develop and manage the backlinks pool by sourcing high- authority websites and building partnerships.
Track and analyze SEO performance data, identify opportunities, and report findings to the Top Manager.
Work with Content SEO to ensure keywords and SEO trends are incorporated into content.

Priority given to candidates experienced in driving high- conversion keywords in fields such as e- commerce, online travel, real estate, cryptocurrency, finance, mobile gaming, and herbal products.
Proven track record of ranking keywords with search volumes under 100,000 per month.
Strong analytical skills and ability to perform weekly/monthly on- page audits.
Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
Regularly update knowledge of Google algorithms.
Minimum of 3 years of SEO experience (preferably with certifications from short- term courses by Đình Tỉnh, Seo Sona, or GTV Seo).
High- level proficiency in online research.
Detail- oriented, responsible, and highly motivated.
Basic English for communication and understanding SEO- related content in English.
Proficient in selecting websites to build quality backlinks.
Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO), SEO optimization, and affiliate marketing is a plus.
Experience in keyword research, market analysis, competitor analysis, and trend identification within the digital landscape.
Confident communication skills, teamwork- oriented, enthusiastic, and adaptable to learning and innovation.
Skilled in using SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.
Basic technical knowledge to edit WordPress- based websites (HTML, CSS).
Eagerness to learn, a growth- oriented mindset, and a strong passion for SEO and revenue generation.
Knowledge in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
