Senior Software Engineer

• Work with real- time, large- scale data systems, integrating components such as message queues, caching layers, search engines, and cloud infrastructure.
• Build and maintain backend systems using Golang and frontend interfaces with ReactJS.
• Proactively contribute to performance optimization, security hardening, and scalable system design.
• Participate in the development of the operation and POS systems for CIRCA, a retail chain, covering key modules such as inventory management, order processing, payments, invoice integration, and operational reporting.
• Design and implement RESTful and JSON- RPC APIs serving POS devices, tablets, and mobile apps.
• Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers to ensure engineering excellence.

**Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in full- stack software development.
** Backend (Golang):
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch
• Practical experience building or maintaining JSON- RPC services.
• Experience working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar.
• Hands- on experience with: Redis, RabbitMQ
• Proficient in Golang, concurrency patterns, and microservices architecture.
** Frontend (ReactJS):
• Experience working with Next.js for server- side rendering and routing.
• Experience with modern UI libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, or TailwindCSS.
• Experience with real- time data (WebSocket, polling) across devices is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with ReactJS, component design patterns, and state management (Redux, Context API).
• Able to design intuitive and user- friendly UI/UX, especially for business- critical systems.
• Familiarity or hands- on experience with SolidJS is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive layouts.
** General:
• Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products as required
• Strong problem- solving and system- thinking skills.
• High sense of ownership and responsibility. Able to work independently and deliver on time.
** Nice to Have
• Good English communication skills are a plus.
• Product mindset with practical involvement in UX design or user flow improvements.
• Experience with POS, ERP, or retail inventory systems.
