We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer who will:

Collaborate with front- end developers and product teams to integrate user- facing elements with server- side logic.
Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend systems using Java and ASP.NET.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and availability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Lead the deployment of new features and assist in the continuous improvement of the development process.
Implement security and data protection solutions to safeguard sensitive information.
Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various systems, including database schema, data storage, and retrieval.

Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in backend development, with a strong background in Java and ASP.NET.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and deploying applications in a cloud environment.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (Git).
Deep understanding of Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and the .NET framework, particularly with ASP.NET MVC.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and understanding of microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of security practices, including encryption, authentication, and authorization techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a track record of successful collaboration in cross- functional teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Exceptional problem- solving skills and the ability to work in a fast- paced, evolving environment.
Solid understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and memory management in Java and .NET environments.
Expertise in database design and management with SQL (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
