We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our Creative Technology Hub, with a focus on modern web and mobile technologies, enhanced by creative tech and emerging innovations such as AR, VR, Web3, AI, and Machine Learning.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and delivering innovative, future- ready solutions that leverage these technologies to meet our clients’ evolving needs. You will work closely with cross- functional teams to define scalable, robust, and flexible architectures.
Your deep expertise in architectural principles, cloud solutions, DevOps practices, and cutting- edge technologies will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our projects and providing strong leadership across our development teams
Responsibilities

People Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers and technologists. Support their professional growth through coaching, performance feedback, and career development planning. Create an inclusive and motivating environment that drives high performance and team cohesion
Architectural Design: Collaborate with cross- functional teams to design and develop scalable and efficient Web, Mobile solutions with AR, VR, AI, Web3, and Machine Learning. Apply your deep understanding of these technologies to create architectures that align with project requirements and business objectives.
Solution Development: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Lead the development of prototypes, proof of concepts, and production- ready Web, Mobile solutions using emerging technology
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring best practices and architectural standards are followed. Serve as a subject matter expert, staying up- to- date with the latest trends, tools, and frameworks in the creative technology space.
Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate existing systems and technologies, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Provide recommendations for enhancements, architectural changes, or technology adoption to enhance overall solution quality and performance.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers to ensure seamless integration of creative technology solutions within larger projects. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Cloud Architect or similar role, with a focus on Web, Mobile with creative technologies such as AR, VR, AI, and Machine Learning.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and best practices in software development. Can provide solutions for high performance and scalability architecture.
Have Strong solutioning experience with any of Cloud solutions: Azure, GCP or AWS.
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
In- depth knowledge of AR/VR platforms (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine), AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and machine learning algorithms.
Excellent understanding of DevOps/CloudOps and building high- availability infrastructure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders. Good communication skills in English is a must.
Excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Leadership that combines persuasiveness, decisiveness, and competitiveness is necessary to motivate a team.
Have experience with any Tech stack/language/framework (JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, HTML5 / CSS 3, SASS/LESS), Mobile (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter), Backend (NodeJS, Java, Go, PHP, Python, .Net Core), Database (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra), Web Server (Nginx, Apache)
Experience in designing and implementing end- to- end solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
