About the role
Solution Consultant is responsible for working closely with the sales department to help inform, educate, and influence partners, end users of VNG Cloud product offerings. Responsibilities include the ability to present and raise awareness VNG cloud messaging to varying numbers and levels of decision makers.The successful candidate we looking for should be self- motivated, technically competent with an ability to communicate effectively with field sales, partners, customers and support organization to close sales. The role requires strengths and a background in cloud, project and business architectural strategies to guide customers toward cloud adoption journey.

Conduct onsite and virtual customer meeting presentations and demonstrations
Collaborate with the customers/partners to establish and translate business objectives into technical requirements
Work closely with the sales and channel department to secure new customers and partners
Manage POCs (if required) to technical closure
Support lead generation activities such as events, webinars, user groups, etc.
Work closely with Product / Engineering Management to provide feedback of VNG Products and Services to customers
Independently consult with customer base to provide technical expertise on VNG cloud offerings

Experience working with software application development project or knowledge on Software development lifecycle
Good time management skills is required
Industry based experience in computing (server, virtualization, container), storage, network and/or cloud- based technologies are strongly desired (prefer >= 3 years experience in the same role or level)
Good verbal and written communication skills; must be able to present to groups
Experience working with IT, project or business management frameworks
IT Bachelor or IT Engineer degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Ability for facilitate, driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication
Industry relevant professional certifications in IT Management, Project Management or Business Management are desirable and a plus
Demonstrated solution sales and/or technical presales experience (at least 5 years experience in the same role or level)
Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast- paced environment; must be a high- energy, motivated self- starter and be able to learn new technologies quickly
Ability to proactively and effectively communication and collaboration with stakeholders in various level
Industry- based experience with cloud services and IT management are a plus
Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
