Senior Sourcing Executive (Furniture)

Position Overview:
SSE will be responsible for finding and negotiating with the current and new sources after market research, research and development (R&D).
Seeking an experienced Senior Sourcing Executive for furniture, responsible for leading processing from concept to market launch sourcing and development. This role requires a strategic, innovative thinker with expertise in furniture design and market trends, capable of leading cross- functional teams to deliver top- quality products on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Coordination: Source materials and evaluate suppliers for quality and sustainability through the team.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing on product positioning and sales on feedback- based improvements and communicating with customers as a part of sales services.
Sourcing and development: Lead new furniture concept development, aligning with brand aesthetics for markets (US, AU...) with designers and sales team.
Business Target: set up the target and lead the team to meet the quarter and annual goals.
Project Management: Oversee product lifecycle, timelines, and budgets, coordinating across design, procurement, and production.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify customer needs and trends; benchmark competitor products.

Qualifications
• Research and Development (R&D) in furniture and home furnishing
• Experience in the sourcing and procurement industry 03 years at least.
• Additional: Sustainability knowledge, overseas supplier experience, and willingness to travel (local and international) as needed.
• Analytical Skills- Negotiation- Lead time management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
