Manage, monitor and operating agreements, contracts/appendices
• Provide guidance to team members, stakeholders on contract management processes and best practices.
• Ensure that all contracts are executed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, drafting, and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they meet organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, compliance, risk.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, finance, and expertise departments, to ensure all contract terms (cost, payments, …) are thoroughly vetted and agreed upon.
• Restore all contracts and related documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval for the stakeholders and compliance audits.
• Monitor and manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations, to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
Contract Termination and Settlement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the workdone, remaining cost and payments terms for current and new contracts according to JVs, Investor requirements.
• Implement the process of contract termination and settlement, ensuring that all contractual and legal obligations are fulfilled by all parties.
Negotiation and Conflict Resolution
• Provide guidance to team members during negotiations and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Lead or support contract negotiations with vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
• Resolve contract- related issues in a timely and effective.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management
• Act as a key point of contact for contract- related matters, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners and internal departments, to facilitate smooth contract execution.
