Job Description

Develop strategic partnerships

Negotiating terms of partnership agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefitting from the relationship.
Identify & drive the strategy for new partnership. Plan development strategies to enhance the relationship with existing Partners, specifically in B2B vouchers, MCN, Insurance field, Shopee Coin and Games page

Closely coordinated with internal Marketing teams & Operation department for the efficient implementation of partnership contracts.

Timely complete other reports as required by line manager
Evaluate partnership and campaign performances with statistical reports

Support Administration tasks such as following up with contracts, payment process
Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.

Proven ability to identify, establish, and manage effective partnerships leading to increased user acquisition, activation, and retention. Great attention to the details, consistent and accurate with repetitive tasks.
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem- solving skills
Experience: at least 3- 5 years relevant experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal departments and external partners.
Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn in a fast- paced industry.
Highly organized and works well in a fast- paced environment
