Summary
A Senior Supply Chain Analyst analyzes data and methods to predict and improve a company’s delivery of products and services to its customers. An organization’s supply chain needs to run smoothly and efficiently to ensure a profit, making the supply chain analyst an essential role. Analysts use data to support recommendations for optimizing the methods within the company in terms of production, supplies, and transportation.
Main Responsibilities:
Data management
- Maintenance and update systems master data attribute for Supply Chain Operations, including planning, procurement, and warehousing network.
- Lead and participate in data remediation activities to close gaps between defined data definitions and existing data, resolving identified inconsistencies
- Establish and execute data management governance processes pertaining to supply chain operations attributes to ensure data integrity / clean master data
Reporting and analysis
- Leverages data analytics tools to create new dashboards, reports, and any additional ad- hoc requests
- Conduct advanced analysis to interpret high impact business needs and translate them into comprehensible recommendations and system requirements
- Analyze, develop, and implement reporting and KPI for Supply Chain Operations, including planning, procurement, warehousing network, and inventory management
- Prepare/ design monthly/ quarterly/ ad- hoc reports and Supply Chain Management Dashboard.
- Identify trends and patterns, interpret data with clear objectives, and implement the best practices in supply chain management.
Collaboration with other teams/departments
- Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations including evaluating approaches, processes, tools, and technology.
- Be a trusted partner and peer to our Supply Chain leaders to partner back with the core internal stakeholders/teams to deliver recommendations that address business and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to collect data and coordinate supply chain activities.
