To support our growth, we are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team, contributing to our ongoing success by optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient and effective product distribution.
SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inventory Forecasting, Planning and Monitoring:
Leverage historical data and diverse sources to plan inventory levels and lead times effectively.
Maintain optimal stock levels to satisfy customer and sales team demands while minimizing
waste.
Monitor warehouse returns and cancellations to ensure proper restocking, preventing inventory loss and maintaining accurate stock levels.
Regularly evaluate warehouse inventory, particularly during import/export fluctuations.
Manage damaged or unsuitable goods in a timely and appropriate manner
Managing Import Plans and Timing for Goods from Abroad to Vietnam:
Introduce new products from the parent company into the Vietnamese market.
Ensure a consistent flow of imported goods into Vietnam.
Plan import logistics, including timing and frequency.
Demand Analysis and Prediction: Collaborate closely with the sales team to collect and analyze data to learn and predict future customer demand for products.
Collaborate with Headquarters: Communicate and collaborate effectively with international colleagues to ensure efficient supply chain operations
Partnership and Documentation:
Optimize logistics costs and quality with internal and external partners, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
Prepare and manage product- related documents (e.g., TCCS, inspection certificates, licenses, white labels) to ensure accuracy.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Remain flexible, open- minded, and ready to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
A degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required.
Full- time, on- site applicants will only be considered and will not be accepting part- time or remote candidates.
Excellent command of English, particularly for communication and reporting to international supervisors.
Experience managing both online and offline business operations, with demonstrated expertise in key account management.
A minimum of 3- 5 years in supply chain roles within the FMCG industry. Prior experience in household cleaning products or similar industries is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of import procedures for sourcing from foreign parent companies and distributing locally.
BENEFITS:
Salary up to 25 million VND gross (negotiable based on experience). Full social insurance during probation.
13th month salary (prorated if in service less than a year)
