HR Business Partnership:
Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support them.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR- related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
Talent Acquisition:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
Oversee the end- to- end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
Employee Engagement:
Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Policy and Compliance:
