Position Overview
You will also be primarily responsible for implementing employer branding strategies to attract high- quality talent both inside and outside the industry.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong growth potential to take on a key role in proactively sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for our real estate services, mortgage, valuation, and other internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in and help organize employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, industry seminars, workshops, and university/partner collaborations.
Prepare regular (weekly/monthly) reports on recruitment performance, sources, timelines, and cost metrics.
Update candidate information, interview processes, and maintain a candidate database in the company’s recruitment system.
Build and organize candidate pools by job group to support recurring and urgent recruitment needs.
Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and recommend process optimizations accordingly.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely communication and clear procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Propose, develop, and execute sourcing strategies and channels to attract potential candidates effectively.
Analyze data to propose improvements in hiring processes and talent attraction strategies.
Collaborate with related departments and internal trainers to organize onboarding and operational training for new hires.
Analyze, assess, and consolidate hiring needs from different departments and business units.
Take full ownership of end- to- end recruitment processes, ensuring the right person is hired at the right time to meet business needs and strategic goals.
Execute the full recruitment cycle effectively, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing (initial & final), offering, onboarding, and supporting contract signing.
Assist in building, updating, and managing job descriptions (JDs) for all positions aligned with business requirements.
