Senior Talent Acquisition will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in supporting the delivery of the ACFC/VFBS&039;s talent demand by promoting ACFC/VFBS&039;s EVP and brand to help attract talent.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Senior Talent Acquisition Executive responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long- term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
What you&039;ll do:
Recruitment & Employer Branding
Increase brand awareness, engage brand followers, and manage ACFC/VFBS&039;s reputation and presence as an attractive employer across channels
Work closely with the Communications team to manage media engagement (fan page, lifeatacfc/ lifeatvfbs- website)
Generate potential candidate leads through digital and traditional strategies
Plan and review visual and text content to put across digital channels (social media, website, etc.) and printed POSM
Manage recruitment program to bring in high- quality talent for the Fashion Retail/Retail/ F&B
Attract and engage mid- career talents with specialized skills through targeted events in collaboration with professional associations/ communities
Manage employee referrals to generate qualified leads for critical, high- demand positions. Effectively communicate EVP of ACFC/VFBS to prospective candidates with a consistent omnichannel strategy
Determine the most suitable digital channels, update and optimize career- site, manage advertising spend on Social media, email marketing, search engines, etc
Support to Register and compete for prestigious domestic/ international HR awards (If any)
People, Process, Technology
Manage recruitment marketing data, and make use of such data to provide insights, a dashboard that allows a strategic decision- making process regarding recruitment
Constantly look out for opportunities for improvement to maintain operational excellence.
Measure, track, and report on recruitment marketing results and their cost- effectiveness
Ensure effective implementation and adoption of recruitment marketing technology and project management tools such as HRM System, job site, recruitment website, etc.
Partnership Management
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Maintain strong partnerships with Universities, professional associations, and vendors (job board providers, headhunters etc) to ensure outstanding services that meet the company&039;s needs
