As a Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) professional specializing in Operational Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, compliance, and innovation across TA operations. You will be responsible for optimizing systems, processes, and vendor relationships while ensuring data integrity and risk control. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast- paced environment, has a strong analytical mindset, and is passionate about improving talent acquisition infrastructure and programs.
Your Responsibilities
a/ Operational Reporting & Data Processing
• Act as a system SME for Workday and ATS platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track TA performance metrics.
• Analyze trends to support strategic decision- making and continuous improvement.
• Manage performance metrics and reporting with accuracy.
b/ Process & Guideline Management
• Design, document, and continuously improve TA processes and SOPs.
• Manage and enhance employee referral programs to boost internal engagement.
• Provide guidance and training to TA team members on process adherence.
• Ensure alignment with global and local compliance standards.
c/ Market Insight Update & Maintenance
• Maintain a repository of market insights to support strategic workforce planning.
• Share relevant updates with stakeholders to inform sourcing strategies.
• Gather regular market research to stay informed on talent trends and benchmarks.
Risk & Control
• Determine appropriate workflows, documentation standards, and traceability methods.
• Monitor and manage compliance- related activities within TA operations.
• Partner with Risk and Control teams to ensure GRACE items are addressed and documented.
d/ Vendor & Contract Management
• Manage contracts, renewals, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee relationships with external recruitment vendors and platforms.
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
