Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and direct outreach.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other industry- related activities.
Conduct pre- screen interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time- to- fill, cost- per- hire, quality of hire) and provide regular reports to senior management.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer and onboarding.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company’s employer brand.
Stay up to date with recruitment technologies and emerging trends, ensuring the organization remains competitive in the talent market.
Conduct tther tasks as assigned by Dept. Head.
Represent the company at recruitment events and build relationships with potential candidates.
Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates.
Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate data entry.
Coordinate pre- employment screenings and background checks.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Education：

Required – Bachelor or above specializing in personnel management or relative management.

Experience：

7+ years of experience in HR, with a 5+ years specializing in Recruitment, and extensive practical experience in Mass production.

Skill:

Proficient in recruitment and interview techniques.
Demonstrates strong judgment and decision- making skills.
Fluent in English, with strong speaking and listening skills.
Exceptional coordination, communication, and problem- solving abilities.
Advanced proficiency in computer applications and technology.
