Senior Trade Marketing Specialist

Develop and manage execution of trade activities as per Commercial calendar
Brand & Trade Activations:
· Implement documents (PAF, PR, act process, monitoring template, sales briefing & payment) in collaboration with other stakeholders.
· Creating yearly marketing and channel strategies for Traditional On Trade (TONT)
· Develop below- the- line activities (BA mechanics, outlet mechanics, retailer mechanics…) in – line with Brand Calendar/thematics.
· Manage POSM and work with BA team to support brand events
· Manage Agency to work well with Sales & Brand to do perfect execution in Flagship/Gold outlets in CBVN distribution
Consumers/Drinkers Promotion & Activities:
· Manage and equip POSM, assets to outlets to reach perfect serve standard. Deliver random check and recommend solution to fix issued if any.
· Develop and work with Sales team to reach perfect execution on field.
· Develop, deploy, track trade program to support pull off- take in store.
Data & Performance Analysis
· Analyze business and brand performance, and track competitors&039; activities in each channel.
· Conduct tracking, analyse performance data and reports to help evaluate execution excellence in the market
· Track and monitor in- store promotion, POSM, equipment placement, trade marketing activities, and new launches.
· Collect market data, draw insight and recommend response
Other tasks assigned by managers

Willingness to field work at night & across South region (HCM/SE/Mekong Delta)
Good project management, data analysis and communication
Proactiveness & ability to work in fast- paced environment
Good at negotiation and influencing
Good MS office and English communication.
2- 3 years of relevant working experience in Sales FMCG or trade marketing (relevant channel is preferred); international company experience in Beer Market is a plus
