Senior UI/UX Design

Ensure brand consistency across all design assets
Create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications and style guides
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with user needs and business goals
Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and gather user feedback
Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs
Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user feedback
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts and interactions
Develop visually appealing and consistent design elements, including icons, graphics, and layouts
Ensure that designs are accessible and comply with relevant accessibility standards and guidelines

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Strong understanding of user- centered design principles
Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field
Familiarity with designing for various screen sizes and devices
Experience conducting user research and integrating findings into the design process
Experience with prototyping tools and motion design
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the technology sector
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects
