Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer based in Vietnam and collaborating with international clients is responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and interfaces that meet the needs of a global audience. This role involves a combination of creative design, user research, and collaboration with cross- functional teams to ensure the delivery of intuitive and user- centered solutions.

Collaborate with the cross- functional team to turn concepts into visuals.
Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts.
Interact, communicate and present ideas to the executive team.
Work closely with the stakeholders and design team to initiate, execute, and extract insights using a variety of research methods: observational, interviews, participatory, usability testing, competitive analysis, etc.
Producing high- quality design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
Collaborating with the marketing team, and design team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the users.
Contribute to the design team patterns, the process, vision, etc.
Conduct design thinking and questioning techniques to develop strategies and execution plans where pathways are not always obvious.
Conceptualize creative ideas with stakeholders.

At least 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, strong portfolio demonstrating work on complex systems and a global mindset
A team player but can work independently too.
Hands- on experience with design and collaboration tools: Figma (we’re using it mainly), Miro, Sketch, InVision, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to brainstorm concepts quickly
Good written and verbal communication skills (both Vietnamese and English).
A strong work ethic, open mind and commitment to self- improvement.
A bachelor&039;s degree in Design or related fields
Have knowledge of UX research experience applying various research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
A keen eye for detail and quality
Experience in designing for international markets, considering cultural and usability factors
Multi- tasking and time- management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
