AlphaPanda is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who is a highly creative and skilled individual that has the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in UI/UX design, a deep understanding of user- centered design principles, and experience leading design projects.
What you&039;ll do
Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability of the design.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high- fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
Lead the design process from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency across all digital products.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
What you have
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human- Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Conversational level of spoken and written English.
Excellent understanding of user- centered design principles and methodologies.
A personal laptop for work purposes.
Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying user feedback to improve designs.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design.
