Senior UI/UX Designer, Game Entertainment

Adapt, manage, and innovate research practices including quantitative and qualitative user research projects to meet the team’s needs under time pressure
Creating personas and customer journeys, empathy maps to define the user’s usage & attitude, needs/unmet needs to provide solutions
Love data and analyze them to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into digital business decisions
Analyze data, extract insights and make UX decisions from various research methods: observational, interviews, participatory, usability testing, etc
Responsible for running or conducting product/heuristic review sessions
Explain and present design proposals to other executive level colleagues
Visualize design to meet high standard production
Be able to define and contribute to UX patterns library for the long- term goal
Collaborate with PO and Dev to build and monitor UX success metrics

Highly knowledgeable of the latest UX design tools and proficient at quickly learning new ones
Prior experience working on design systems and shared components
Experience with every stage of the UX design process, including research, sketch for wireframes with high fidelity mock- ups, test for usability, finalize design, etc
At least 2 years of total UX design experience
Experience in solving problems with a moderate to high level of complexity
Experience in cross- functional stakeholder communication
Have experience with UX measurement methods, have used them and can state the results
A proven track record of applying user- centered design processes and methodologies to product definition, design, and development
Practice in Agile, Sprint models
Have experience with AI Application
