AlphaPanda is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who is a highly creative and skilled individual that has the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in UI/UX design, a deep understanding of user- centered design principles, and experience leading design projects.
What you&039;ll do
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
- Stay up- to- date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high- fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency across all digital products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability of the design.
What you have
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying user feedback to improve designs.
- Excellent understanding of user- centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human- Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
- A personal laptop for work purposes.
- Conversational level of spoken and written English.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design.
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
