Senior UI/UX Designer (Product, English)

Demonstrate high quality design practices. This includes participation in all aspects of UX: research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, and visual design.
Ensure that the projects are delivered in a timely manner.
Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks, working on a framework for judging the success or failure of the product, prioritising feature development and structuring product failures.
Maintain and further build design workflows that ensure that all designs delivered are in line with style guides and are of high quality standards.
Highly communicative and responsive both within the team and to stakeholders across the company while managing a large volume of ongoing projects.

Proficiency with design standards and have a sense of design trends
Minimum 4- year experience as a Web Designer, dedicated to the complete UI/UX design and development lifecycle of several successfully launched desktop and mobile applications
Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written skills work with Vietnamese and international teams.
Preferred if the candidate has experience in data analytics product
General understanding of how design impacts development; ensuring designs are not overly complicated and costly to develop
Demonstrated visual design expertise; capacity for creating effective & user- friendly designs and layouts
Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Proficiency in a variety of design and collaborative tools. We prefer Figma
