Senior UI/UX Designer / Lead Product Designer

Create user- centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, user research, and usability findings.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve our design processes.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams including product managers, engineers to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs while adhering to design best practices and brand guidelines.
Lead and manage a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional design solutions.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
Experience leading and managing a team of designers, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions based on data and user feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field.
Up- to- date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and technologies.
4 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and solutions.
Strong understanding of user- centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
