SEO Lead (e-Commerce)

Develop & Execute SEO Strategies:

Develop specialized SEO strategies for fashion products, including optimizing product categories, individual product pages, blog content, and other relevant assets
Craft and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (On- page, Off- page, Technical SEO) to significantly boost organic visibility and search engine rankings.

On- page & Content Optimization:

Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing team to ensure all published materials, especially those related to fashion trends, styling tips, etc., are fully optimized for SEO.
Perform in- depth On- page optimizations (meta tags, internal linking, site structure, product image optimization, keyword targeting) to enhance search performance.

Link Building & Off- page SEO:

Design and manage a high- quality, safe, and effective link- building program, tailored to the fashion industry.
Identify and capitalize on digital PR opportunities, partnering with fashion bloggers/influencers to boost domain authority.

Technical SEO & Audits:

Conduct regular, thorough SEO audits, identifying and implementing technical fixes to improve website performance (page speed, mobile- friendliness, URL structure, product schema markup, etc.).
Work in conjunction with the web development team to implement technical SEO initiatives.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor and conduct in- depth analysis of SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
Provide regular reports on SEO KPIs and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
Translate data into actionable insights and concrete recommendations for improvement.

Research & Adaptation:

Stay constantly updated on search engine algorithm changes, new SEO trends, particularly within the e- commerce and fashion industries, to continuously refine and optimize our strategy.
Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new opportunities.

Experience:

5+ years of proven hands- on SEO experience with measurable results across both On- page and Off- page SEO.
Strong preference for experience working within the e- commerce sector, especially fashion.

Technical Expertise:

Deep understanding of core SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Solid technical SEO knowledge and the ability to implement improvements.
Capable of both strategic thinking and independent execution.

Bonus Points For

Understanding of Marketing Automation tools and strategies.
Experience leveraging AI tools in content strategy or SEO automation.
Ability to lead or mentor a small team.
Experience with ASO (App Store Optimization) for fashion e- commerce applications.

Tool Proficiency:

Proficiency with professional SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Looker Studio.
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress and basic UI/UX principles.

Soft Skills:

A proactive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and adaptability to industry changes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills, particularly in English (reading, writing, comprehension, and verbal).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, especially in remote or fast- paced environments.
Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and excellent problem- solving abilities.
