SEO Responsibilities (70%)
Keyword Research and On- Page Optimization:

Conduct keyword research, analyze search trends, and optimize website content, meta tags, and on- page elements.

Technical and Content SEO:

Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, implement schema markup and structured data, and collaborate with content creators to optimize and create SEO- friendly content.

Backlink Management and Reporting:

Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks, build high- quality backlinks, and track/report key SEO metrics with performance insights.

Web Developer Responsibilities (30%)
Website Development and Performance:

Design and develop responsive, SEO- friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Optimize website performance and conduct audits to address issues.

CMS and Security Management:

Maintain and update CMS like WordPress, implement security patches, best practices, and ensure compliance with accessibility and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Technical Troubleshooting and Analytics:

Diagnose and resolve website issues, set up and configure web analytics tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights for user experience improvement.

Proven SEO strategy development and implementation experience.
Experience with education and international SEO is a plus.
Ability to stay current with industry trends and algorithm changes.
Bachelor&039;s degree in web development, computer science, marketing, or related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
Detail- oriented with excellent problem- solving skills.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
