- You inform guests about activities that will take place in Regent and around Phu Quoc Island in order to contribute to a pleasant stay for our guests.
- You know how to upsell quality products and use suggestive selling in order to complement products, resulting in a higher average spending and overall revenue increase.
- Acknowledge guests and remember dining preferences as well as their names and preferred seating. You look for opportunities to positively surprise guests through small or large gestures and acts of kindness.
- Tailor menu recommendations to guests for both food and beverage items. You do this by genuinely listening to the guest’s preferences and making recommendations accordingly.
- You personalize interactions within the service process, aiming to make each visit to the Regent Phu Quoc bars as memorable and unique as possible.
- Ensure all tables are setup according to the resort’s standards and that service stations are fully stocked and ready for operation.
- Make sure the bars and the surrounding areas are spotlessly clean. You do this by following cleaning checklists, but also by taking control and inspect the areas on a regular base.
- You responsibly handle cash and credit card payments, by carefully recording transactions in the Point of Sale System, resulting in an accurate daily report at the end of the day.
- You remember and take orders without prompting, resulting in a seamless service delivery.

- 1- year minimum in five- star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Be aware of all Health, Safety and Fire regulations and abide by their terms
- Working with multi- cultural teams
- Ensure that full uniform is worn at all times
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hospitality Skills or related field
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times
- Able to communicate in English
