Service/Aftermarket Sales Engineer (based in Hanoi)

We are looking for talented Sales Engineer in our air compressor&039;s Service or aftermarket sale team. Prefer candidates who can start immediately.
Responsibilities
Have good knowledge of market trends, customers, and competition. Contribute to annual business plan to improve market share and revenue
Confidently and independently drive sales activities to maximize revenue in Service sales.
Expand customer base and new leads
Detailed targets can be discussed during interview.

What we expect from you:
· Sales revenues are maximized in terms of Service ladder sales, revenues, leads generation, market share
· Take good care of existing customers, increase customer loyalty level, recover lost customers
· Fast to learn new product and growth mindset.
Experience
· Good understanding of sales territory in North Vietnam.
· Service sales history
· Good written and spoken English
· Strong persuasion skills, able to deliver technical presentations.
· Experience: At least 01 year experience in Service sales for industries. Prefer sales experiences from distributors, dealers, resellers...
· Having driving license is a must (B2 license)
Personal affinity
· Compliant with company rules
· Aggressive in lead generation and sales
· Can- do and goal achiever. Record breaker is expected
Education & knowledge
- Education: University or College. An engineering or economic degree is preferable or related knowledge in sales.
- Knowledge of the compressed air industry and applications is an advantage.
