School Operations Management

Manage inventory of materials and ensure cleanliness of schools.
Oversee student onboarding, class scheduling, tech clubs, and workshops.

Academic Success Management

Handle teacher selection and ensure academic procedures comply with standards.
Implement corrective measures and request teacher training as needed.

Customer Experience Management and Commercial Support

Support customer retention and student referrals; lead CX initiatives.
Ensure effective parent- teacher communication and high satisfaction levels.

People Engagement and Development

Drive staff engagement and maintain high morale.
Evaluate service team performance and ensure training compliance.

Must Have:

Effective communication and ability to influence stakeholders
Good organizational skills
Professional appearance
Strong customer experience mindset
Computer literacy
Solution- driven with effective issue mitigation
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Leadership and people development skills
Languages: Vietnamese and English proficiency at WSE Level 13
Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours (including evenings and weekends)
Result- oriented
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in the education industry
Minimum 2 years in a management role

Preferred:

Experience in a coding school
Technical education background
