ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. The ServiceNow Technical Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and implementing ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization, along with expertise in IT service management processes. The ServiceNow Technical Consultant will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross- functional teams to deliver high- quality solutions that meet business needs.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, user guides, and training materials.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and functionalities.
Design and implement technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Gather and analyze business requirements to understand client needs and objectives.
Provide expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to ensure successful implementation and deployment.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during all phases of the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.

Yêu cầu công việc

In- depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including development, configuration, and customization.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Technical Consultant, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross- functional teams.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, or other protocols.
Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and ACLs.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to work in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more modules (e.g., IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, HR Service Delivery, etc.).
Strong understanding of IT service management processes, including incident management, change management, problem management, and service catalog.
Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
